Required Parent-Camper-Sponsor Meeting

Sunday, June 11^th, 12:30pm, following Morning Worship

At least one parent or legal guardian must attend this meeting! 

(We need everyone to make every effort to make this date and time. But because of short notice, if this date is an unavoidable conflict call 918-346-5303.)

IF YOU HAVE NOT SIGNED UP AT CHURCH you need to call the church ASAP to see if there is room

Falls Creek Youth Camp 2023 Student Release and Waiver of Claims Form – this needs to be completed and turned in at the Parent/Camper/Sponsor Meeting.

 Camper fee is due to church on departure from church on June 26^th at the latest. If help is needed contact us at 918-536-2135 before June 21^st.
